This workshop is designed to support doctors working in anaesthesia to pause, reflect and reconnect with their internal experience in a way that fosters agency, compassion and sustainable practice. Drawing on evidence-based frameworks including mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and self-compassion, the session offers a psychologically safe space for honest reflection, peer connection and skill-building.
