The ASA aims to deliver events face-to-face where possible. However, we have contingency planning in place and may be required to transform the event into a virtual or hybrid event.
At all times, ASA will be abiding by Government recommendations, including appropriate provisions for social distancing and the use of masks. For these reasons, we strongly recommend booking transferable flights & accommodation in the event ASA needs to enact a contingency plan.
Registration fee: In the event that government travel restrictions prevent your attendance at the ASA event or the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to the presence of those restrictions, you will be refunded the full amount of delegate registration fees paid.
Risk and insurance:Registration does not include insurance of any kind and unless required by law, the ASA will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling of ASA events including any travel and accommodation expenses. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the ASA events.
