Real Signs, Real Strategies, Real Impact: An Interactive Session on Wellbeing
The ASA Wellbeing Advocates Committee is hosting our inaugural series of wellness education events with ASA/Drs4Drs with Psychiatrist, Dr Emmily Bueno de Mesquita.
This session offers a candid and practical conversation about clinician mental health. We will explore the real life signs of mental strain, followed by a guided reflection on personal strategies: what sustains us, what are and how do we recognise our own warning signs, and the interventions that genuinely help. The final part of the session opens the floor for group driven topics, questions, or case based discussion, creating space for further in depth discussion. No slides, no formal presentation — just an honest, collaborative exploration of wellbeing in our profession.
This event is complimentary for ASA Members.
