This essential workshop will equip you with the critical skills required to satisy all the learning objectives & requirements for CPD, including:

Recognise & assess escalating behavioural crises

Understand the medical & psychiatric underpinnings of ASBD

Implement safe, effective sedation strategies in complex cases

Work collaboratively with emergency teams, mental health staff & security personnel

Navigate the legal & ethical consideration in acute behavoural emergencies
Through realistic simulations & scenario based learning, participants will gain the knowledge & confidence to act swiftly, lead decisively & prioritise safety.
Only 15 participants are eligible for the ANZCA recognition code and all will be encouraged to actively participate in the session.
