Are you passionate about women in leadership in clinical and academic anaesthesia and/or pain medicine?
The founding group of the Women’s Empowerment and Leadership Initiative (AUS/NZ WELI) is pleased to invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced anaesthetists and pain specialists to lead and/or join two newly established committees – the Outcomes Committee and the Workshops and Curriculum Committee.
AUS/NZ WELI is a new collaboration between the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists, the Australian Society of Anaesthetists and the Society for Paediatric Anaesthesia in New Zealand and Australia. It is designed to help women achieve their leadership goals.
The role of the outcomes committee includes performing literature reviews, qualitative and quantitative research projects and audit, and publication.
The successful applicants will have a strong track record or demonstrated interest in research.
