Wellness on-the-fly for busy people

The ASA Wellbeing Committee welcomes you to join our series of self-care strategies drop-in classes. There’ll be guided mindfulness practice to repel negative internal dialogue.

This will be an effective, engaging and enjoyable time to focus on your own wellbeing.

Dr Lan-Hoa Le is a SIBA qualified trainer for mindfulness practice. She has special interest in leadership and well-being for safety in healthcare. She is a strong advocate for implementation of a wellness checklist in systems for HCW. She obtained her medical degree at UNSW in 1997, FANZCA in 2005 and since has been a Consultant Anaesthetist at the Central Coast, NSW.

This event is complimentary for ASA members.

The time taken for “Wellness on-the-fly” is eligible as a Knowledge and Skills activity.
