Ultrasound guided nerve blocks and catheter techniques.
This workshop is targeted at specialist anaesthetists and advanced trainees. The one-day workshop will cover techniques for shoulder surgery, breast surgery, abdominal surgery, thoracic surgery, knee, hip, ankle and foot surgery. It will focus on single shot and continuous catheter techniques and take-home catheters, presented by Australian experts regularly performing these techniques. The workshop aims to develop skills and practical knowledge to allow participants to confidently extend regional anaesthesia and analgesia into the perioperative period.
