Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches participants how to assist people who are developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves.

A Mental Health First Aid Course is an ideal way for anaesthesia trainees with an interest in Wellbeing to expand their skill set, learn how to have those difficult conversations and safely provide support.

For Provisional Fellows- this course is also eligible for CPD credits

Courses are delivered by an Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
